Terms of use

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using Content Seed ("the Service"), operated by Tripping Cats OÜ (a company registered in Estonia, VAT no. EE102709953, with its registered office at Sepapaja tn 6, Lasnamäe linnaosa, 15551 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia), you agree to be bound by these Terms of use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement and that, if you use it on behalf of a company or organization, you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

3. Description of the service

Content Seed is an AI-powered content generation tool. It lets you create carousels, stories, emails, content plans, and more for social media, using third-party language models such as those provided by Anthropic. The Service may evolve over time as we add, modify, or remove features.

4. Account and access

To use the Service you must create an account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• Generate illegal or fraudulent content, or content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties.
• Generate content that is defamatory, hateful, harassing, or that violates the usage policies of the underlying AI providers.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without express authorization.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying models or source code.
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond the provided interfaces, or otherwise overload, disrupt, or harm the Service or other users.

6. AI-generated content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unintentionally similar to existing material. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and fact-checking any generated content before using or publishing it, and for ensuring it complies with applicable law and does not infringe third-party rights. We do not guarantee that generated content is unique, original, or free of similarities to content produced for other users.

7. Plans and payments

The Service offers a free trial plan (10 seeds) and a paid monthly or annual plan, plus optional one-time top-up packs of extra seeds. All prices are stated exclusive of taxes; applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Stripe; we do not store your card details. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until you cancel them. We may change our prices; changes to active subscriptions take effect at the next renewal.

8. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the settings section. Your Pro plan remains active until the end of the billed period, and no refunds are issued for the remaining period. One-time top-up purchases are charged immediately, are non-refundable, and the seeds they add do not expire. The foregoing applies except where the consumer-protection laws applicable to you provide otherwise.

9. Content ownership and responsibility

The content you generate through the Service is yours. You may use it for your own posts or those of your clients without additional restrictions, and we claim no ownership over it. You are responsible for the content you generate and how you use it, including obtaining any rights or permissions needed for the inputs you provide.

10. Intellectual property

The Service itself — including its software, design, branding, trademarks, and underlying technology — is owned by Tripping Cats OÜ or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or to the Service beyond the limited right to use it as intended.

11. Third-party services

The Service depends on third-party providers (including AI, authentication, payment, hosting, and email providers). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or actions of these providers, and interruptions in their services may affect the Service. Your use of the Service may also be subject to those providers' own terms.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you violate these terms, misuse the Service, or where necessary to protect the Service, other users, or comply with the law. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

13. Availability and changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these Terms; we will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant the accuracy, suitability, or quality of the generated content.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tripping Cats OÜ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tripping Cats OÜ and its team from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, the content you generate, or your breach of these terms or of applicable law.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Estonia, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
